Anti-child abuse stickers, banners, posters and boards will soon swarm the hotel lobbies, rooms, shelves and doorknobs in Kovalam. Even the beaches will feature large billboards.
Swiss national Jakob Spalti, who had been charged with sexual abuse of boys, has been granted anticipatory bail, thanks to a weak case presented by the Government counsel and clumsy investigation by the police.
